Small crystal pendants are bought in quantity: three over an island, six over a bar, forty across an apartment development. At that scale the design question is settled quickly and the operational questions take over, mainly whether all forty match, whether damaged units can be replaced from the same batch, and whether the cable length suits ceilings that are not all the same height.
When a project needs dozens of pendants, the risk is variation between cartons rather than within one. We produce the quantity as a single batch, record the crystal cut and plating reference, and pack by room or by unit number where the buyer supplies a schedule.
A spare allocation of three to five percent is standard on multi unit orders, drawn from the same batch so a replacement eighteen months later is not visibly different.
Crystal and acrylic solve different problems. K9 glass gives the refractive sparkle that defines a crystal pendant and suits bars and dining areas where the fixture is seen close up. Acrylic is lighter and far more resistant to knocks, which suits kitchens, rental apartments and family homes where a pendant will be cleaned often and bumped occasionally.
Both are available in the same silhouette, so a developer can specify glass in shared areas and acrylic in apartments without changing the design language.
Cable length is adjustable on site within a stated range, which matters where a slab is not level or a ceiling has been lowered in one room. We state the adjustment range rather than a single figure so the installer knows how much slack is available.
Ceiling fixings are supplied for plasterboard and concrete, and clusters of three or more can be collected on a single canopy to reduce the number of ceiling penetrations.
